Dave and Buster’s also hosts holiday parties, work get-togethers and kid’s birthday parties. Although your children are welcome at Dave and Buster’s for birthday parties, the rules vary at other times, especially on evenings and weekends.

In general, the rules state that you must be over 18 to enter a Dave and Buster’s. Depending on the location, however, people under the age of either 18 or 21 may go, as long as they are accompanied by an adult who is at least 25 years old. Some locations also have a curfew, which means that people under age 21 need to leave by 11 p.m.
